Drummond & Kindred Clothing Company Pty Ltd is an Australian owned company. The company has been manufacturing garments in Queensland for over 40 years.
Established by Drummond Agnew, the business is now managed by his son David.
David has always worked in the industry and knows the importance of meeting each individual clients needs and you can be sure of getting experience, knowledge and real service.
Based in Gympie, the company originally supplied garments to the Australian market on a cut make and trim basis. However, in more recent years, the company has developed its own product range designed to accommodate the diverse Australian climate and the various work environments. As a result, the company now manufactures and supplies a wide range of apparel products including work wear, hi visibility garments, cold weather gear, flame retardant garments and work boots.
The company also helps design and manufacture non apparel products such as car and bus seat covers, swags, hub protectors and cloth bags to name just a few.
Because of their design experience and access to a variety of fabric suppliers, Drummond & Kindred prides itself in being able to help customers develop products unique to their own individual requirements.
Drummond & Kindred operates a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
The Company's direct employees are employed under the Clothing, Textiles and Footwear Associated Industries Award 2010.
Drummond & Kindred has also successfully undergone the Ethical Clothing Australia accreditation process.
